Materials

• The official Papercraft-3D basketball wall frame template.
• Yellow or orange cardstock for the shield/frame area, black cardstock for the border and line details, white cardstock for the hand accent.
• Scissors or craft knife, a protected cutting mat and a scoring tool.
• Paper glue suitable for low-poly tabs.
• Optional printed name/sentiment strip if you want to personalise the “Your Name” plate.

Assembly notes

1. Print at 100% scale. Keep the template size consistent so the raised basketball and frame fit together cleanly.
2. Score before folding. The shield frame looks sharper when each low-poly edge is pre-scored.
3. Build the flat frame first. Glue the yellow-orange backing and black outline before adding the raised ball.
4. Add the 3D basketball second. Let the ball dry fully before attaching it to the frame.
5. Finish with the sentiment/nameplate. Use the name strip as a personalisation area; keep it visible if the project is submitted to a sentiment-based prompt.
