3D origami food papercraft: fruit and treats made of paper

A small collection of six food-themed models, halfway between decor and a patience game. Strawberry, banana, watermelon, pineapple, avocado: smiling fruit to sit on a desk, a shelf or a child’s bedroom.

Two ways to build them

• The five modular origami kits are built from 64 to 81 paper units, folded one at a time then slotted into each other, module after module.
• The onigiri is a downloadable model: you print the sheets, cut, fold and glue.

Who it suits

This is a good way into modular origami: the units are all alike, so the challenge is patience rather than technique. Each product page gives the exact number of units to prepare and the age the model is recommended from.
