A 3D origami rooster that commands attention
Proudly standing with a puffed chest and fully spread tail, this 3D origami rooster is far more than a simple decorative object. It is a true paper sculpture, full of presence and character. Dimensions, structure and composition
Once assembled, the sculpture reaches an impressive size: around 450 mm in height, with 260 mm in width and 450 mm in depth. A format that allows it to become a true statement piece.
The model consists of 84 pieces, carefully cut and assembled. Two layouts are included in the template:
- A3 version: 11 pages
- A4 version: 21 pages
The number of pieces remains the same in both cases; only the page layout changes to suit your printing preferences.
A rewarding challenge for patient builders
This rooster requires focus. The legs, head and especially the tail demand precision and consistency. The difficulty level is clearly high, but the enjoyment matches the challenge. Step by step, adjustments are made, sometimes redone… until the shape fully emerges. The final sense of achievement is immense.
The model is designed to be built using a single paper color, highlighting the volumes, edges and overall silhouette. You are free to choose the shade that sets the mood: subtle, natural or more daring.
