“Geometric Crystal” papercraft night light
Imagine a crystal resting on your bedside table. When switched off, it captivates with its sharp facets and sculptural presence. When lit, it transforms. Light glides along the edges, diffusing gently to create a soothing halo, perfect for winding down at the end of the day or for nighttime reading.
This crystal night light in 3D papercraft, sometimes described as 3D origami, draws direct inspiration from mineral geodes. Every fold matters. Every face contributes to a visual balance between graphic modernity and luminous poetry. A true decorative object, to be discovered in our papercraft interior decoration collection.

Paper, color and light diffusion
The model is designed in a single color. The PDF is intended for white paper, ideally between 160 and 250 g/m². This choice is deliberate: it allows LED light to subtly pass through the surfaces and achieve even diffusion without glare.
You are free to choose slightly translucent paper to enhance the night-light effect, or a denser paper for a more sculptural look. In all cases, the 12 pages of the file correspond to this monochrome version.
Assembly and use
The templates are clearly identified, with tabs, part numbers and fold directions indicated. One simple tip: score your folds carefully. They are what give the crystal its sharpness and character.
The night light is designed to hold a low-heat LED light source (USB or battery-powered, not included), discreetly placed at the center. Once assembled, it naturally finds its place on a bedside table, a shelf, or in a child’s bedroom looking for a comforting light.
