The crisp facets give it the look of a small paper plush toy, perfect for a kid’s room, a shelf or your desk.

Place it on a dresser, give it as a baby gift or make it the mascot of your reading corner. Your paper choice changes its personality: soft blue like in the photo, grey, pink or bold colours, it’s up to you.

Tips for a great result

Print the pages at 100% (no scaling) on fairly thick paper. Score the fold lines with a ruler before folding, then follow the assembly guide step by step. Glue in small touches and let each part dry: a little patience gives you clean edges. Beginners are very welcome, it’s a fun challenge from start to finish.

What’s in the download

Elephant_Template.pdf: the printable template

Elephant_Assembly_guide.pdf: the assembly guide

Elephant_SVG.zip: the SVG files

Model details

Finished size: 34 × 34 × 27 cm (H × W × D)

Number of sheets: 18

Level: medium

Looking for more paper animals?
