If the 14-day period normally expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day. <\/p>&#13;\n<p>Should an item be <strong>defective<\/strong>, the buyer has 48 hours from receipt of the order to contact Customer Service. In such a situation, the buyer must send proof of the defect(s) by e-mail (description and photos attached) to Customer Service first via the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.papercraft-3d.com\/en\/contact-us\/\">&#8220;Contact us&#8221;<\/a> form. <\/p>&#13;\n<p>If the buyer has benefited from an item offered as part of an order, for whatever reason, such as a lost and undelivered parcel, abnormal delivery delay, special offer or donation, and wishes to return part or all of the order, the buyer must also return the item offered.<\/p>&#13;\n<p>In the event of a return, we are obliged to reimburse the sums paid by the customer, with the exception of return shipping costs. Shipping costs (return postage) are the responsibility of the purchaser and are non-refundable. It is the customer&#8217;s responsibility to pay their own shipping costs to return the item to our center. Any shipping costs, such as for secure delivery, are non-refundable.  <\/p>&#13;\n<p>Refunds are due within a maximum of 10 working days from the date of receipt of the returned parcel(s).<\/p>&#13;\n<p>ALL REFUNDS ARE IN THE FORM OF A CREDIT NOTE, VALID ON THE SITE.<\/p>&#13;\n<p>This policy applies to all items sold on the site, with the exception of personalized items.
